Tram Passenger Survey

The fourth annual Tram Passenger Survey asked passengers for their views about their journey across six network areas: Blackpool, Edinburgh, Greater Manchester, Nottingham, Sheffield and West Midlands in Autumn 2016.

We asked nearly 5400 passengers about their most recent tram journey, measuring their satisfaction across a number of benchmarks.
