Tram Passenger Survey

The fourth annual Tram Passenger Survey asked passengers for their views about the last journey they took across six network areas: Blackpool, Edinburgh, Greater Manchester, Nottingham, Sheffield and the West Midlands, in Autumn 2016.

We asked nearly 5400 passengers about their experiences across a number of benchmarks for satisfaction.

David Sidebottom, director, and Robert Pain, senior insight advisor at Transport Focus, presented a live webinar to senior representatives from the tram industry on Wednesday 14 June 2017.
