Williams Rail Review – Passenger representation

This is Transport Focus’s fifth submission to the Williams Review. As with all four other previous submissions this paper argues that it is essential the rail sector engages with its customers and involves them in the decision-making process.

This paper goes on to explain why it is also important that there is professional, independent consumer representation which can help capture, collate and amplify the passenger voice.
