The independent passenger watchdog has called Network Rail’s route managing director for Wessex, Becky Lumlock, and managing director of train operator South Western Railway, Andrew Mellors, to report back on performance and punctuality across the South Western Railway franchise since they promised to deliver improvements at a previous meeting held in January 2018.
