Logistics and Coach Survey: Strategic Roads 2020-21

Transport Focus surveys logistics and coach businesses about their satisfaction with the motorways and major ‘A’ roads managed by Highways England. The survey covers their views on roadworks, accident handling, driver rest facilities and how Highways England considers their business needs.

We will carry out this survey every four months to help assess Highways England’s performance during the government’s Road Period 2, 2020-25.
