‘Deep dive’ analysis of road user satisfaction

Our Strategic Roads User Survey (SRUS) measures satisfaction with journeys on the motorway and major ‘A’ roads managed by Highways England. SRUS results are available in our Data Hub.
In addition to publishing the results themselves, Transport Focus has carried out detailed analysis of SRUS data to provide additional insight into:
- road user satisfaction with safety
- road user satisfaction with signage
- whether, and if so how, satisfaction among disabled road users differs from the majority.
