Strategic Roads User Survey – April to September 2021 findings

The Strategic Roads User Survey (SRUS) measures the consumer experience of journeys on England’s motorways and major ‘A’ roads, the strategic road network managed by National Highways on behalf of the government.

SRUS resumed in April 2021 after a Covid-enforced break. In this report we present a summary of findings in the six months to September 2021.
