This report looks specifically at the A590 in South Cumbria and is the seventh area Transport Focus has assessed from the perspective of walkers, wheelers, cyclists, and horse riders. While each location has its own specific concerns, common themes consistently emerge. We use these themes to work closely with National Highways, addressing issues and helping to establish best practice across the network.
