Transport Focus’ response to DfT’s consultation on improving information about local services

We have recently submitted our response to the Department for Transport’s consultation on improving information about local bus services.

Our response broadly welcomes efforts to improve the quality and consistency of information available to passengers, while highlighting the importance of ensuring published data is accurate, accessible and presented in a way that genuinely supports informed journey choices.
