Yes, ticket machines again..

London Bridge early Saturday evening. I really could not have scripted this better myself:

• Him: ‘…  just get the more expensive ticket..’
• Her (having given up at ticket machine and joined queue for window): ‘but it said FCC only…’
• Him: ‘the train is going in five minutes…’
• Her: ‘those ticket machines are s*** unless you know exactly what you want…  so frustrating!’

Says it all really. Lots of work to be done here.
