A new approach to rail services in London and South East: our response

DfT and TfL were consulting on how some services within the London area could be transferred from DfT to TfL. The aim being to create more frequent services, better interchanges and increased capacity. Our response sets out passengers’ priorities and the safeguards needed to ensure that that any transition is seamless. It also reinforces the importance of consulting with passengers during the transition process.
