Bag magic – makes them disappear

Colleague of mine used the Bag Magic service that Virgin offers, to help with luggage on her way to the conference and Board meeting in Gateshead last week. Brilliant idea – get your case picked up day before and dropped at your destination so you don’t have to heave big bags on rush-hour transport to station.

Unfortunately not such a brilliant experience this time, as the courier lost her bag and her stuff arrived a day late after the Board meeting.

Services like this could add a lot of value – especially to those travelling with a lot of stuff, or kids – but not if it can’t be trusted. Back to the drawing board!
