Bus passengers – what do they think of their services?

Over 47,000 bus passengers from around England (outside of London) have had their say in the latest wave of the Bus Passenger Survey.

In the meantime our team are out talking to many of the bus operators and local authorities about the results. Many of them are also funders – the BPS is now funded pretty equally between us, local authorities and the bus industry. Over fifty-seven meetings are taking place.

At the request of the operators we have again done some work in Scotland – interesting to see how they compare.
