Epic journey – King’s Lynn to Manchester

Could just go down to London and back out again but have been on the Euston Manchester route too many times and fancy a change. So King’s Lynn to Ely on First Capital Connect. Change there for Cross Country to Peterborough. Up on East Coast from there to Leeds and then Trans Pennine to Manchester – about four hours in total with not much connection waiting time. All went very well, connections made and information good. So not so epic just very long but saw Britain from the Fens to the Pennines – what a beautiful country!
