Tried using c2c ticket machine

Fenchurch Street BR? What is BRRR? Zones 12 & 56? What happened to 3 and 4? Good thing is that time restrictions on ticket are displayed on machine in terms of when you can start using ticket, but of course not on ticket itself. Our recent research on the passenger experience of ticket vending machines is borne out again – of all our research this is the one that most people, including the Secretary of State, have commented on and said – you are right, these machines are awful and I avoid them if I can!
