Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
This report contains results for the first quarter of fieldwork for the year 2022/23 combining rail periods 1, 2 and 3. This covers journeys made between 1 April and 25 June 2022.
