Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
This report contains results for the fourth quarter of fieldwork for the year 2021/22 combining rail periods 10, 11, 12 and 13. This covers journeys made between 12 December 2021 and 31 March 2022.
