Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
This report contains results for the third quarter of fieldwork for the year 2021/22 combining rail periods 7, 8, and 9. This covers journeys made between 19 September and 11 December 2021.
