Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
This report contains results for the second quarter of fieldwork for the year 2021/22 combining rail periods 4, 5, and 6. This covers journeys made between 27 June 2021 and 18 September 2021.
