Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.

This report contains results for the first quarter of fieldwork for the year 2021/22, combining rail periods 1, 2, and 3. ​ This covers journeys made between 1 April 2021 and 26 June 2021.

You can also see the results of the last survey for the fourth quarter of fieldwork for the year 2020/21, combining rail periods 10, 11, 12 and 13.
