Consultation response: to the Competitions and Markets Authority on continuation of exemption to allow public transport operators to collaborate

We’ve published our response to the Competition and Markets Authority about the continuation of an exemption from competition law designed to allow public transport operators to collaborate in certain circumstances. We supported the exemption as it would, for example,  allow better co-operation between train companies and bus companies on things like timetables.
