An accessible road network? Disabled road user report launch, London

29 November 2018

This event will launch Transport Focus’s research on the disabled road user experience on England’s motorways and major ‘A’ roads. We are delighted that the transport accessibility minister, Nusrat Ghani MP, will give a keynote speech.

These roads are vitally important to disabled people. Overall, their experience of using these roads is positive and liberating. However, our research identified certain barriers to their use. The event will be an opportunity to discuss recommendations to overcome these barriers.

The event will be held in Westminster between 9am and 11am on Thursday 29 November. For further information and notification of attendance, please email rsvp2@transportfocus.org.uk.
