Birmingham user group workshop

The event is part of this year’s round of user group workshops. The theme will be consultation, with particular emphasis on franchising. As usual, we will give the groups an overview of our work. We will also present our advice on how to most effectively get involved, in both local and wider consultations.

The event will be held at the Library of Birmingham.
