Anthony Smith, Passenger Focus’s chief executive, will be speaking at the Cambridge University Railway Club. Anthony will be talking about how Passenger Focus works with the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) to regulate fares and routeing. Anthony will also give an insight on how the company present passengers’ views of their travel experience to industry bodies.
