Passenger Focus will be holding a fringe debate at the Conservative party conference in Blackpool on Tuesday 2 October 2007.

The event will take place at the Ruskin Hotel, Blackpool at 7.15pm. The theme of the event will be "A seat on the train – who pays?". Shadow Minister for Transport Stephen Hammond will speak at the event, as well as the journalist Andrew Gilligan from the London Evening Standard and Heidi Mottram, Managing Director of Northern Trains. The debate will be chaired by Passenger Focus Chairman Colin Foxall CBE.
