Customer Service Excellence in Public Transport Conference

Passenger Focus chief executive Anthony Smith will be speaking at the ‘Customer Service Excellence in Public Transport Conference’ at the Thistle Charing Cross hotel in London on Thursday 18 January 2007.
The conference will focus on why excellent customer service is so important to public transport, how operators can foster a customer service friendly culture, the practicalities of providing a high quality service and how to engage staff and encourage them to get behind the cultural change. The event will also feature other industries which have a strong tradition of putting customer service first and will show what lessons the transport industry can learn from them.
