Highways England and the journey towards customer focus and collaboration

Guy Dangerfield, road user director, will be taking part in the roundtable discussion on how the newly formed Highways England will address key issues such as keeping customers informed during road work disruptions as well as taking into account the effects future trends such as driverless vehicles and other technological advances.
