Importance of Customer Satsifaction in Driving Revenue

Passenger Focus chief executive Anthony Smith will be speaking at the Importance of Customer Satisfaction in Driving Revenue seminar on 9 December 2008.
The event is in association with First Class Partnerships and Waterfront and will be hosted by Stephenson Harwood. It is part of the ‘Influencing the Policy Agenda for Rail in the UK’ seminar series.
Anthony will review methodologies used by Passenger Focus to measure the performance of passenger train companies and how these fit into the wider system of accountability in which they operate. He will highlight important trends, strengths and weaknesses and offer his personal thoughts on how methodologies could be improved.
