Director, David Sidebottom, will be speaking at the Local Authority Bus Reform: Delivering a ‘Better Deal’ for Bus Users.

His will be speaking about the following:

• understanding passengers – measuring passenger satisfaction and their priorities for improvement
• growing the bus market – understanding non-users priorities and how to encourage non-users to Give Bus a Go
• partnerships, alliances or franchises – what do passengers want from a service to build trust?
