David Sidebottom Passenger Focus passenger director will be speaking at this Public Policy Exchange event on 18 September 2013.

The aim of the event is to offer an opportunity for bus operators, local transport authorities, passenger groups and other organisations to examine the progress made one year on since the series of reforms were first proposed.
