Passenger Focus meets with Tom Harris MP

On 22 May Passenger Focus representatives will be meeting with the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport, Tom Harris MP, at London Waterloo station to discuss passenger issues.

These will include:

• crowding
• fares
• accessibility to the railways
• passenger input into the franchising process.
