Silverlink rail user meeting

Rail User Groups (RUGs) from the Silverlink County route are getting together with Silverlink management in a meeting facilitated by Passenger Focus on 15 March. The meeting is designed to enable them to raise any concerns they may have over the management of the existing franchisee through to it’s end in November 2007.

They will also be able to set out they want the route to deliver under the new franchisee who will be announced in the summer. The meeting will be an opportunity to air views on current and future of line.

The meeting will take place at the Novotel Euston Road, London from 6.30pm – 9pm and will be chaired by Barbara Saunders. Paul Fullwood, our passenger link manager with responsibilites for liason with Silverlink, will also attend.

Silverlink Managing Director, Mark Hopwood will attend the event as well as Route Director Mark Steward and Head of Communications for London Lines, Mike Lamport.
