Linda McCord, Passenger Focus’s passenger manager, will be presenting the latest National Rail Passenger Survey results and passenger priorities research at Thameslink Southern and Great Northern Franchise Stakeholder events. Govia is hosting the event in the afternoon and evening at Friends House, London. Govia will be explaining their plans for the new franchise.
