Passenger Link Manager Mike Greedy will be speaking at the UK Bus Awards on 23 September 2009 at Homerton College, Cambridge.

Mike will be talking about Passenger Focus’s new statutaory responsibilities for customer representation in the bus industry and how Passenger Focus’s previous work in the rail industry can be applied to the bus industry.
