Welsh Government Rail Conference

David Beer, passenger focus passenger executive, will be attending the Welsh Government Rail Conference on Monday 1^st October 2012. The programme will include initial input of key stakeholder views into how the next Wales and Borders franchise specification is developed. The conference is being held in Cardiff Bay.
