Transport Focus’s Bus User Weekly Survey monitors passenger experiences of travelling by bus and how satisfied they were with their most recent journey
For this report we used key driver analysis to investigate the importance of specific journey attributes as drivers of passenger satisfaction.
Four weeks of data was used from fieldwork between 20 October and 14 November.
