Caledonian Sleeper guest satisfaction survey

Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.

This report contains results for the third quarter of fieldwork for the year 2023/24 combining rail periods 07, 08 and 09. This covers journeys made between 20 September and 26 December 2023.
