Caledonian Sleeper Guest Satisfaction Survey

Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.

This report contains results for the first quarter of fieldwork for the year 2026/27 combining rail periods 1, 02 and 03. This covers journeys made between 1 April – 27 June 2026.
