Call for Views response on Legislative Consent Motion for the Railways Bill – Transport Focus correspondence

Transport Focus responded to the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee’s targeted Call for Views on the legislative consent memorandum (LCM) which was submitted by Fiona Hyslop MSP in relation to the Railways Bill.

The LCM asks whether stakeholders agree with the Scottish Government that the Scottish Parliament should consent to all the provisions in the Railways Bill that involve the use of powers devolved to the Scottish Parliament or which affect the powers of the Scottish Ministers.
