Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
This report contains results for the fourth quarter of fieldwork for the year 2024/25 combining rail periods 10, 11, 12 and 13. This covers journeys made between 8 December and 31 March 2025.
