Transport Focus’ response for North East Combined Authorities bus franchising consultation

Transport Focus recently submitted a response to the North East Combined Authority (NECA) on proposed plans to franchise the area’s bus network.

We focused on improving the passenger experience (punctuality, affordability, and connectivity) while emphasising the importance of strong passenger engagement during the transition.
