Bernadette

Bernadette is a writer, magistrate and property investor based in Smethwick to the east of Birmingham city centre. She is giving the bus a try to see how much things have changed since she last used the service.

Anish is a student who lives at home and rarely travels on the bus. He plans to use the bus in September to get to college and for other journeys.

Andy

Andy is a semi-retired railway engineer who lives in Norton Stourbridge. He makes regular trips by train and by car. A 20-minute frequency bus service operates 200 yards from his home and connects with the railway system directly.
