Bus Priority Works campaign – Transport Focus response

Responding to the launch of Greener Journeys’ Bus Priority Works campaign, David Sidebottom, Transport Focus’s passenger director, said:

“Passengers tell us that more punctual buses is their number one priority for improvement. Our last bus passenger survey found that satisfaction with punctuality varied between 67 and 86 per cent in different parts of England. Passengers in some areas would particularly welcome buses being given greater priority on the roads if it helped them run on time and reduced journey times.”
