Extension of rail travel vouchers – Transport Focus comment

Following the news that rail travel vouchers have been extended by six months, Transport Focus director David Sidebottom commented:

“This is the right call for passengers with travel vouchers. It would be unfair if they lost out for following the advice to stay at home. More people will be making journeys again as lockdown restrictions ease, and this is a good incentive to encourage those with vouchers to get back on trains.”
