GTR changes its ticket office proposals

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) has altered its plans to change how ticket offices will be staffed at over 80 of its Great Northern, Thameslink and Southern stations.
Transport Focus worked with London TravelWatch to gather feedback from passengers and then raise its concerns with GTR.
Anthony Smith, Transport Focus’s chief executive, said: “We are pleased to see that GTR has listened to passengers’ concerns and changed its plans to reflect these. The pilots are an opportunity to test these plans and monitor their impact.”
