Have your say: changes to LNER ticket office hours

LNER has proposed changes to the ticket office opening hours at 13 of its stations.

Under the National Rail Ticketing and Settlement Agreement passengers with comments on the proposals should contact Transport Focus.*

If you have a comment about any of the changes set out below, please get in touch by 20 September 2021 and make it clear which station you are commenting about.

*except if it is about London King’s Cross in which case contact London TravelWatch.
