Logistics and coach survey results

Just over half of freight and coach businesses are satisfied with how England’s motorways and major ‘A’ roads meet their needs, in a new survey from Transport Focus.

Transport Focus surveys logistics and coach businesses about their satisfaction with the motorways and major ‘A’ roads managed by Highways England. The survey covers their views on roadworks, accident handling, driver rest facilities and how Highways England considers their business needs.

We will carry out this survey every four months to help assess Highways England’s performance during the government’s Road Period 2, 2020-25.

The results from the first survey covering October to early December 2020 are now available on our Data Hub.
