Transport Focus held a briefing and discussion session on Tuesday 7 September to support Local Transport Authorities (LTAs) develop their Bus Service Improvement Plans (BSIPs).

In this session we talked through our guidance document Passenger charters for Bus Service Improvement Plans and heard from LTAs about their experiences and challenges.
