Passenger Voice March 2016: Transport Focus hears from Govia Thameslink Railway

Charles Horton, CEO of Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR), joined us at our public Board meeting on Thursday 11 February.
Charles gave a presentation on the first 16 months of the franchise and performance issues linked to the redevelopment of London Bridge. This presentation was followed by a question and answer session with Transport Focus Board members and staff.
We have been working closely with GTR, other operators in London and the South East and Network Rail to help resolve performance issues linked to London Bridge redevelopment. An industry taskforce has produced a number of performance improvement plans to drive improvement in London and the South East, informed by passenger insight from Transport Focus.
