Passengers deserve and expect improvements by ScotRail to continue

Commenting on the news from ScotRail that – under its performance improvement plan – more trains are running on time, with fewer cancellations to services and more seats throughout the country, Robert Samson, Senior Stakeholder Manager at Transport Focus said:

“It’s a promising start to the delivery of ScotRail’s remedial plan that has seen some important targets achieved.

“However, passengers will want to see these improvements maintained and built upon, so that a consistent high level of punctuality and reliability is delivered on a daily basis.”
