Working together for transport users

We are working much more closely together to jointly make more of a difference for all transport users. 

Emma Gibson has joined as the new London TravelWatch director. Emma brings a wealth of campaigning and advocacy experience from the environment sector and will help drive forward change for London’s transport users. 

Anthony Smith will become the joint chief executive of both organisations later this month. We are starting to look at how we can maximise our joint skills, knowledge and experience, avoid duplication, work together on campaigns, unify our complaints handling work and start to join up our insight work. Exciting times with lots more to come!
